The House represents the fractional composition of three cubic volumes.
The façade of the combined, in two finishing material; composite panels (Walnut) and plaster painted in white. To the entrance of the House is laid out along the path of plates between which grass grows. Most of the space on the first floor is a living room combined with a dining room, in which there are no partitions: zones are delimited by using furniture, space the pool and lounge divided panoramic windows of the dining room overlooks the terrace and courtyard. On the first floor there are three bedrooms each with its bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The House is built on the principle of passive house; the House is well insulated, use heat insulating trilocular with low heat transfer, special attention is paid to the fine work of the so-called cold bridges (joints of components, metal parts, the corners of the building), through which the heat is going away and the House is equipped with air exchange system with recovery and to heat water on a roof mounted solar panels. The microclimate in the House easily predicted and a separate temperature profile for each room.
